Starlight Meadow is a inclusive venue meaning all packages include use of two barns, gazebo, arbor, fire pit, bathrooms, tables, chairs, white table linens, and bridal changing room. All packages include staff, parking lot attendants, golf cart service, setup, breakdown, trash, and even tax! In regards to the number of guest we include enough tables and chairs to accommodate 150 guests. We also have and include 40 white benches that are primarily used to seat guest at the ceremony sites, but can be used for other areas as well.
Yes, planning your event is a special and personal thing. We have a list of vendors that have done an excellent job taking care of brides in the past, but there is no charge if you use outside vendors. The only requirement is that the vendors have proper insurance and health rating.
A rehearsal time is assigned 60 days before the event. Please realize that a rehearsal might be on a Thursday because events can occur on Friday.
Also, a rehearsal includes a walk through of the ceremony. It does not include eating onsite during that rehearsal time.
